Our Return Policy

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Unless otherwise noted, all of our merchandise, except closeout and factory seconds, is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. Defective merchandise may require return to the manufacturer for evaluation and adjustment at their option. Merchandise returned for any other reason must be new and in it's original condition. Factory seconds and closeout items may not qualify for warranty returns.

Returns - Other than Defective Merchadise
New, unused merchandise (except Closeout Items) may be returned for credit or exchange as follows:
Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached and original packaging. You must overwrap all manufacturer's boxes. Customers returning merchandise in damaged manufacturer's packaging or with less than all tags attached will be subject to a $10.00 re-box fee.
Return authorization (RAs) request for credit or exchange must be received within 30 days after the original order ship date and all returns must be received within 14 days of the RA. Returns received without an authorized RA, closeout merchandise or returns received after 14 days of the RA or subject to a 15% or $10 restock fee or at Texas Fowlers option may not be processed and returned at the buyers cost or destroyed at the buyer's request.

Closeout Items - Closeout items may be return in accordance with our return policy, however certain closeout items may be subject to a 15% restock fee.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when making a return of merchandise for reasons other than errors on the part of Texas Fowlers. This includes our original shipping costs on FREE SHIPPING items. On all authorized returns you will be credited with the cost of the item, not the shipping charge. And, on exchanges, you will be billed for the return shipping and handling - this includes merchandise that is free shipping on the original purchase. TryOnShipment: A purchase of the same or similar product with adjoining size or fit where 1 item is returned for credit may be considered a TryOnShipment and be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the original shipping charge against the refund. This save both the buyer and TXF 50% of the return shipping cost

 Packing Your Return:  There is no cost for items packaged and returned as requested.  We are always glad to assist our customers with returns that comply with our policy, but please return all items in the same condition as received - close all zippers, neatly fold all clothing, assure tags are attached properly.  Waders and other merchandise should be returned in the printed manufacturer's box and clothing items should be neatly folded and returned in the plastic wrap with the manufacturers item/size label attached.  Then, place the manufacture's box or plastic wrap inside a second package - box or plastic mailer.  There should be no ship labels or writing on the manufacturer's box or the plastic wrap that protects clothing items.  The cost of processing and handling your return including shipping, inspection, re-packing, and restocking have skyrocketed.  In order to maintain our everyday low prices for customer's that do not require returns and to protect returned merchandise to assuer that it is resold only as a new product,  we find it necessary to apply a small fee for returns that do not comply with our Return Packaging Policy.   Merchandise that is returned and not properly packaged will be subject to a $15 rebox fee for damaged manufacturer boxes or a $ 2.50 per item fee for clothing that requires zipper attention, folding and/or is not returned in a usable plastic wrap.  The $15 is generally applicable to waders while the $2.50 fee usually applies to clothing.

Email sales@txfowlers.com to obtain return authorization. Returns can not be accepted without a return authorization number shown on the outside of the returned merchandise.
