Byrna's are legal in all 50 states. There may be stipulations on non-lethal launchers in some cities and we suggest you check with local authorities. The LE is available to purchase for anyone.

The LE is the more powerful launcher which takes the 12 gram co2 cartridge …..Law Enforcement
The SD takes the 8 gram cartridge and is less powerful
