We suggest the SD OR Cl launchers .  They are both good up to 60 feet and are intended to deter rather than kill .  Either one will get the job done .  They both take the 8 gram co2 cartridge but the CL ( compact) takes a smaller .61 projectile versus the . 68 projectile .

They are great until punctured.  Most customers store their launchers with unpunctured co2 so that they are ready at a moments notice

If you carry the device dormant and want it ready to use must the co2 be already punctured in order to use in a moment

Pulling the trigger punctures the co2 and gives the projectile power .

The magazine holds 5 rounds . The co2 will last 3-5 days once it is punctured.
